At Guisapet UK we take your privacy very seriously. Our revised privacy policy is in line with the new GDPR laws that come into place on the 25 May 2018.
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Guisapet UK or sign up to our newsletter.
WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA
At Guisapet UK we use your details to process orders and keep you updated on our products and service most relevant to you through our customer email newsletter. We will only email you if you have agreed to receive our newsletters or if it is regarding an order you have placed with us.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our company is hosted on the squarespace.com platform. Squarespace.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Squarespace.com’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Squarespace.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
We don’t currently use any targeted advertising through our website.
DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you would like to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, you are invited to send us an email to sales@guisapet.com.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
