RETURN POLICY - REFUND TERMS FOR GOODS OF GOOD QUALITY - WITHDRAWAL RIGHT - UK, EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD

 

Most returns can be avoided by properly ensuring that the cave chosen has the right size for your pet. Please check the dimensions of the caves and compare to the height of your pet when sitting down and the length of your pet when lying down and check if your pet likes to lie down straight or curling up. Please refer to our caves' dimensions on FAQ Page.

This product is manufactured in the UK on behalf of Guisapet by Stewart Plastics under ISO9001:2008 accreditation. By the nature of the rotational moulding production process, it is unavoidably possible that some spots or specs may appear on the product surface.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. if you would like a refund/exchange, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your bed(this will be our initial conversation); then you will have 30 days  following the date of arrival of your order to send the bed back to us. We are afraid that after 30 days following the date of arrival, no refund will be given. The beds are a kind of personal item and nobody likes to receive used items as brand new. 

We will refund the payment to your original method. Please note that shipping costs(if applicable) are not refunded.

You should return your product as new, in the original packaging, and include any documentation along with the return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when sending the product(s) back to us.

You will be required to ship any returns on a prepaid basis(you are responsible for sending the goods back to us) - to the following address :

You are solely responsible for any items that are lost in your return shipment. Thus, we recommend that you insure your returns and obtain a tracking number for any items that you send back to us.

Wenn Sie nicht mit Ihrem Kauf glücklich sind, lassen Sie uns bitte so bald wie möglich wissen. wenn Sie eine Rückerstattung / Austausch erfahren möchten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Ihrem Bett empfangen (dies wird unser erstes Gespräch sein); dann werden Sie von 30 Tagen nach dem Tag der Ankunft Ihrer Bestellung das Bett an uns zurück zu senden. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Squarespace.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
We don’t currently use any targeted advertising through our website.
